What to expect on your first visit – Your chiropractic physician will talk with you about what is wrong. He will probably run some tests and may take x-rays to determine the best course of treatment. He will then discuss treatment options with you and explain what procedures he recommends.

What to wear – Wear casual clothes you are comfortable in. You may want to wear shoes that are easily slipped off. Leave large pieces of jewelry at home.

 Remember, we want your experience to be as comfortable and stress free as possible.

Filling out forms on your first visit to a doctor’s office has become a necessity. You will be providing your chiropractic physician with information to help him treat you comfortably and safely. Wouldn't it be easier to fill out a form in the comfort of your home, where you have easy access to your prescriptions and records, and then bring the completed form with you when you come to the office?
